O&M — operation & maintenance
Keep your PV plant earning what it was designed to produce. Dust, pollen, bird droppings, and industrial fallout block light and can drag output down sharply depending on site and season — research and field data consistently show soiling is one of the most avoidable causes of underperformance. We deliver disciplined cleaning, walk-down inspections, and documentation your asset team can audit.
Module cleaning that respects the asset
Cleaning is not only “hosing panels.” We use methods suited to glass, frames, and site safety: appropriate water quality where it matters, soft wash approaches that limit micro-scratch risk, and crews briefed on working at height and electrical awareness around live DC strings.
- Scheduled washes aligned to your soiling rate (dry seasons, construction nearby, agricultural dust, etc.)
- Early-morning or cool-surface timing where practical to reduce thermal shock on glass
- Visual checks for cracked glass, hot-spot signatures, loose clamps, and drainage issues
- Photo log and simple before/after notes for warranty and insurer records
Beyond washing — what we watch
Good O&M ties physical work to performance. We structure visits so small defects do not compound: inverter alarms, string imbalances, vegetation shading, and cable routing that could chafe or hold water.
- AC/DC zone walk-downs; torque checks on terminations where the scope includes them
- Comparison of actual generation to expected — weather-normalised sanity checks
- Coordination with your inverter/monitoring vendor for firmware and ticket escalation
- Handover reports after major weather events when you request a damage survey
Who this is for
Owners and operators of commercial and industrial rooftops, institutions, and portfolios that already invested in quality EPC work — and want the next five to twenty years to match the pro forma. We support plants we built and third-party sites where you need a credible field partner in India and Nepal.
